All volunteers should arrive a minimum of 45 Min before your official shift start time in HuB for ALL shifts, both Bus Captains & Activity On-Location Volunteers.

For trips to:
Activity Location Captains should assign volunteers to locations and organize breaks similar to SMPW. There are enough volunteers assigned to allow for regular breaks and rotation. If you have any concerns or limitations, please work with the Brothers assigned to your shift. On your breaks, walk around and see the area, relax with some downtime, have some food, etc. While you do not get to join the official activity, enjoy yourselves at the activity location!! Hug a delegate! If you have any questions, please ask your Captain or Keyman.

We can arrange a ride for you with a QRV (Quick Response Vehicle) driver. Simply let your keyman know and he'll care for the rest!
