Who are my overseers?

Your direct oversight are the bus captain keymen:

What time do I arrive?

All volunteers should arrive a minimum of 45 Min before your official shift start time in HuB for ALL shifts, both Bus Captains & Activity On-Location Volunteers.

Do I need to load water to the Bus?

For trips to:

On some trips to Calaveras, the Safety Hydration dept may load 10-12 cases of water into storage under the bus. You do not need to help with loading or unloading.

Do I get breaks on my ALC shift?

Activity Location Captains should assign volunteers to locations and organize breaks similar to SMPW.

There are enough volunteers assigned to allow for regular breaks and rotation.
If you have any concerns or limitations, please work with the Brothers assigned to your shift.

On your breaks, walk around and see the area, relax with some downtime, have some food, etc.

While you do not get to join the official activity, enjoy yourselves at the activity location!! Hug a delegate!

On which tours can the Bus Captains join Delegates?

Big Trees, Napa, and Old West Express

Can Busing Team Members attend Evening Gathering? Convention?

There's no provision for that. Please make other arrangements during the times between ingress and egress. Thank you.

When I finish with the bus at a different location, how do I get back to my car?

We can arrange a ride for you with a QRV (Quick Response Vehicle) driver. Simply let your keyman know and he'll care for the rest!

Are meals supplied?

No, please plan to bring your own food and drinks

Can I drink Wine at Napa?

No, so you have an excuse to visit again soon!

Can I bring my relative/friend/child/other person with me?

No. If you need to carpool, please make arrangements with another volunteer on shift with you.
